Course Overview

You can learn Primordial Sound Meditation easily in three short sessions, over 3 days. Join me in person (Christchurch, New Zealand only), or online, anywhere in the world.

Session 1 (1.5 hrs)

  • You’ll learn the superpowers of meditation as a scientifically proven antidote to stress and the additional health benefits of Primordial Sound Meditation
  • You’ll learn the basic principles of meditation, its history and the importance of your mantra.
  • You’ll receive personal instruction in your Primordial Sound mantra and learn how to use it. You’ll try meditation for the first time using your Primordial Sound mantra

Session 2 (1.5 hrs)

  • You’ll learn all the practical aspects of meditation for an effective practice, share your experience, followed by Q&A
  • We’ll end with a beautiful, nourishing meditation with your instructor

Session 3 (1.15 hrs)

  • You’ll learn about the higher states of consciousness that can be achieved with regular Primordial Sound Meditation practice. I’ll share Deepak Chopra’s vision of these higher states
  • We’ll end with a beautiful, nourishing meditation with your instructor

What is Primordial Sound Meditation?

Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial Sounds—the basic, most essential sounds of nature—are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.

Once your Primordial Sound mantra has been determined, you’ll be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility and joy within you. As a Chopra Meditation™ Instructor, I’ll help you integrate this practice into your daily routine.
